As a native of New York City, Naishia has always strived to promote personal growth and create a positive influence for the advancement of others. She faced many difficulties while pursuing a higher-education, so she understands the trials and tribulations of people who lack a strong support system.
After obtaining a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Iona College in New Rochelle, New York, Naishia received a Masters in Social Work from Fordham University. She has worked in the public service sector for the City of New York and as a coordinator for a NYC social service agency. |

Delia is currently a Marketing Support manager at a Fortune 500 communications company. With over 10 years of communications and marketing experience in the corporate sector, she understands how important it is to deliver the right message to a number of different audiences.
Her writing and editing experience includes revising business proposals, preparing press releases, reviewing promotional literature and facilitating idea generation as she approaches communications in a unique and personable way that provokes thought.
She holds a Master of Arts in Corporate Communications, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a Certificate in Public Relations. She was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and understands the challenges of the urban landscape.
