As a native of New York City, Naishia has always strived to promote personal growth and create a positive influence for the advancement of others. She faced many difficulties while pursuing a higher-education, so she understands the trials and tribulations of people who lack a strong support system.
After obtaining a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Iona College in New Rochelle, New York, Naishia received a Masters in Social Work from Fordham University. She has worked in the public service sector for the City of New York and is currently working as a coordinator for a NYC social service agency. |

Born in New York City, Aisha has always had a strong passion for the environment, which was nurtured during her high school years at The George School, in Newtown, Pennsylvania. Community service and environmental awareness were constantly emphasized; these teachings resonated with her and served as a catalyst in her pursuit of higher education.
As a result, Aisha obtained a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Howard University and a Master's in Civil Engineering from Catholic University in Washington DC. |
